Jessamine Cottage Bed and Breakfast has a very real commitment to Green Management
and Sustainability and therefore understands the need to conserve energy and has the following guidelines

Keep energy use to a minimum
•
Switch off lights and appliances when not in use
•
Try to minimise usage of standby
•
Use energy efficient lighting. All standard incandescent bulbs have been replaced
•
Modern low output lighting from Philips is being used where available for dimmable light sources.
•
Only boil as much water as you need.
•
Energy efficient Greenstar Worcester Bosch combi boiler used and serviced to manufacturer's instructions
•
Thermostats installed on all radiators
•
Modern refrigerators and deep freezes used for food storage
•
Air conditioning removed
